How the colour restoration evolved from the previous page. On the left hand side is the original untouched b/w image from the original negative. No restoration done but pretty much how a final b/w image would look with just a bit of minor tweaking in the exposure and contract. Problem is that image would be unsuitable for converting to colour so I have to restore the b/w image to a tonal range that works for colour. That's the b/w images on the right hand side.... Once that restoration image is done the colour image can begin...... A week's work on just that one image.
