This is the type of work I enjoy. An image I took years ago but the technology didn't exist then to allow me to do what I wanted. It literally got put
on the back burner for over
30 years.

Digital technology allowed me to upgrade the image to do what I required.

The 5x4 slide had to be restored and this was very time consuming as slide film especially large format slides are over 100 times the size of a normal 35mm slide. A week's work to restore it.

Once the restoration was done I then created the new image using the restored print and the new special effect image took over 3 days work....

The final images is designed at 64k like all my images including restoring old photographs.
